2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use Oyeflow.ai.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
Use Oyeflow.ai for unlawful or abusive communications
Harass, threaten, or misrepresent communications to your clients
Attempt to bypass system safeguards or usage limits
Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
Oyeflow.ai is not a debt collection service and should not be used for illegal or coercive collection practices.
5. Integrations (QuickBooks, Email, Payments)
Oyeflow.ai connects to third-party services (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe, email providers).
We do not control these services and are not responsible for outages, data accuracy, or policy changes on their side.
You authorize Oyeflow.ai to access only the data necessary to provide the service.
6. AI-Assisted Features
Oyeflow.ai may offer AI-assisted content suggestions (e.g., tone rewrites, previews).
AI outputs are assistive, not guarantees.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving communications sent to your clients.
Oyeflow.ai does not guarantee payment outcomes.
7. Payments & Billing
Paid plans, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed.
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and interfaces are owned by OyeLabs or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.
OyeLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
10. Disclaimer
Oyeflow.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Payment success
Client behavior
Financial outcomes
11. Limitation of Liability
Oyeflow.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or client disputes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
